— THE METHOD

Four movements, in order.

Most agencies improvise with your money. This page is the score — what happens in week one, what ships by week four, and what arrives in your inbox every week after. The same sequence, every house.

Diagnostic

la diagnosi — before we touch anything, we understand everything
WEEK 01

The first week is spent in your accounts, not in a pitch deck. We audit how the store actually makes money — ad accounts, email, site conversion, organic position, tracking, margins — and where revenue is leaking or being left unclaimed. No generic teardown; a file specific enough that it's useful even if you never hire us.

In parallel, we wire the measurement: pixels, server-side events, UTM discipline, and the independent attribution layer — opened in your name, with your login. The attribution rules (windows, deduplication order, exclusions) are drafted in plain language and signed by both sides. Nothing launches until the ruler we'll be measured by exists — and you hold it.

META ACCOUNT GOOGLE & FEEDS EMAIL & FLOWS TRACKING & SIGNAL SITE & CRO ORGANIC SEARCH UNIT ECONOMICS

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Platform access on day one — ads, store, email, analytics
Sixty minutes with the founder, unvarnished
The real margins and inventory picture — the plan is only as honest as its inputs

WHAT LANDS ON YOUR DESK

The Audit File — findings across ads, email, tracking, and margin, written to be acted on
The attribution dashboard — yours, live, before a dollar is spent
The Rules, signed — how every order will be credited, agreed in writing
A go / no-go, honestly — if we don't believe we can grow you, we say so and stop here
Billed for week one: $0. Nothing is attributed yet — so nothing can be.
ii.

Architecture.

l'architettura — the plan you see before we execute a line of it

WEEK 02

This is where your first body paragraph goes. You can bold selected phrases to emphasize key points and create visual hierarchy within the text.

Your second paragraph continues the narrative. Use this space to provide additional context, details, or supporting information that complements the first paragraph.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

One working session to pressure-test the plan together

Approvals inside 48 hours — velocity is half the strategy

WHAT LANDS ON YOUR DESK

The Plan — channel budgets, pacing, the experiment backlog, and the forecast we'll be measured against

Creative direction pack — angles, hooks, and briefs for round one

The flow map — every automated journey, drawn before it's built

A 90-day calendar — launches, tests, and sends, visible in advance

iii.

Execution.

l'esecuzione — the rebuild goes live, and the rhythm begins

WEEKS 03–04

Accounts are rebuilt to the architecture — Meta restructured around creative testing, Google's feeds segmented by margin, the first flows live in Klaviyo. The opening creative batch ships, and the weekly cadence starts immediately: launch, read, kill, feed. Losers are retired without sentiment; winners get the budget they earned.

This is also when The Friday Note begins — a standing weekly letter that reads like a P&L, not a slideshow: what was spent, what was attributed, what fee is accruing, and what we're testing next week. Five minutes to read, nothing hidden in an appendix.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Creative feedback inside 48 hours, so the test cadence never stalls
Early flags on inventory or fulfilment strain — we scale to your reality

WHAT LANDS ON YOUR DESK

Campaigns live across Meta and Google, rebuilt to the plan

Flows shipping — 9–12 automated journeys live by day 45

The first creative round — 10+ assets in market, reading fast

First tests queued — CRO experiments on the money pages; SEO foundations laid

The Friday Note, weekly — spend, attributed revenue, fee accruing, next tests

iv.

Compounding.

la crescita — scale what works, retire what doesn't, repeat

MONTH 02 — ONWARD

Attribution reconciled together in your dashboard, corrections in your favour, then the invoice — showing its own arithmetic.

The Sitting

A longer table: strategy, catalogue, pricing, creative direction, and the forecast re-cut against what the account has proven.
