Everything
asked.
Everything
answered.
Every question we're asked about the model, the measurement, the work, and the exit — answered the way we'd want them answered if the roles were reversed. If yours isn't here, it deserves a reply in person.
The Model & Fees — le tariffe
What does Sigretti actually charge?
We charge 10% of the incremental revenue we add each month. If we add $100,000 in revenue, we invoice $10,000. If we add nothing, we invoice nothing.
What happens in a month where your work produces nothing?
We invoice nothing. The model only works if we're adding value. If we're not, we don't get paid.
Isn't 10% of the growth expensive at scale?
It's expensive if you're not growing. It's cheap if you are. The model aligns our incentives with yours completely.
Are there setup fees, tool fees, or ad-spend markups?
No. We don't mark up ad spend, we don't charge for tools, and there are no setup fees. Just the 10% of incremental revenue.
Is CRO or SEO billed separately?
No. Everything we do to grow your revenue is included in the 10%. There are no separate line items.
Do you take equity, or a share of our total revenue?
No. We only take a percentage of the new revenue we add. Your existing revenue is yours.
When do you invoice?
Monthly, in arrears. We measure the revenue we added, calculate 10%, and send an invoice.
Measurement & Attribution — la misura
How is "the revenue we add" measured?
We use a combination of platform attribution, incrementality testing, and agreed-upon baselines to measure the revenue we're responsible for adding.
Don't ad platforms exaggerate what they drove?
Yes. That's why we don't rely solely on platform data. We use incrementality tests and conservative attribution models.
What if growth comes from something you didn't do — a viral moment, PR, our own launch?
We only take credit for what we can prove we drove. If revenue comes from elsewhere, it doesn't count toward our fee.
How does credit work when several channels touch one order?
We use a data-driven attribution model that assigns credit based on actual impact, not just last-click.
Is revenue measured gross or net?
Net. We measure revenue after returns and refunds.
How does seasonality affect the bill?
We account for seasonality in our baseline calculations. If December is always big, we don't take credit for that.
Can we see the attribution ourselves, any time?
Yes. You have full access to all dashboards and attribution models at all times.
What if we disagree with a number?
We discuss it. If we can't agree, we err on the side of conservative attribution.
The Work — il lavoro
What exactly do you run?
Paid social, paid search, email, SMS, and conversion rate optimization. Whatever drives revenue.
Who actually works on my account?
A dedicated team of specialists, each focused on their channel. You'll know everyone by name.
How fast do things actually move?
Fast. We test daily, iterate weekly, and report monthly. Speed is part of the model.
Do you make the ads yourselves?
Yes. We have in-house creative that works directly with your brand guidelines.
Do you work inside our accounts, or yours?
Yours. You own everything. We're just granted access.
Working Together — insieme
Who do you take on?
Brands doing at least $1M in annual revenue, with a product that works and a willingness to move fast.
What do you need from us to make this work?
Access to your accounts, brand assets, and a point person who can make decisions quickly.
What's the commitment?
Six months minimum. After that, either party can end it with 30 days notice.
Do you only work with fashion and beauty brands?
No. We work with any consumer brand that has a strong product and growth potential.
We have an in-house team or another agency — can you coexist?
Yes. We often work alongside existing teams, focusing on the channels where we can add the most value.
The Exit — l'uscita
What happens if we leave?
You keep everything. All accounts, all data, all creative. We hand it over cleanly.
What happens to the attribution stack when we part?
It's yours. We'll help you transition it to your team or another partner.
Do you ever end engagements yourselves?
Rarely, but yes. If we're not adding value or the partnership isn't working, we'll say so.
